Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Kajabi Platform Developer / Designer to support the development, design, and optimization of client websites, landing pages, online courses, membership platforms, and digital learning environments.

This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience working directly inside Kajabi and understands both the technical and creative sides of the platform. You should be comfortable taking a project from an existing outline, brand guide, Figma design, or client concept and building a clean, modern, functional Kajabi environment.

Our team works across multiple industries and client types. The person in this role must be able to adapt to different brands, audiences, and project requirements rather than relying on the same templates or design style for every client.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and build Kajabi websites, landing pages, sales pages, and course environments
• Develop and organize online courses, modules, lessons, and membership areas
• Customize Kajabi themes, page layouts, navigation, and user experiences
• Build responsive pages optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Create and manage forms, pipelines, automations, email sequences, and customer journeys
• Configure Kajabi products, offers, checkout pages, subscriptions, and access levels
• Implement client branding, graphics, typography, and visual standards throughout Kajabi
• Convert Figma designs, creative concepts, and existing websites into functional Kajabi pages
• Integrate Kajabi with third-party platforms and business systems when required
• Troubleshoot platform, layout, automation, and user access issues
• Test forms, checkout processes, automations, email workflows, and customer experiences before launch
• Assist with migrating content, courses, contacts, and digital assets into Kajabi
• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate project progress with our internal team
• Recommend improvements when existing client systems or workflows can be simplified or automated

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of professional website, platform, or digital development experience
• Proven professional experience working extensively with Kajabi
• Strong Kajabi portfolio showing websites, landing pages, courses, or membership environments you personally built
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile optimization
• Experience with Kajabi automations, pipelines, email campaigns, products, and offers
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for platform customization
• Strong visual design and layout skills
• Ability to follow established brand guidelines and design systems
• Experience working from Figma designs or detailed creative direction
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and changing priorities
• Strong written English and team communication skills
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and research technical issues
