Kajabi Course Developer & Platform Manager

As a Kajabi Course Creator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing online courses and content using the Kajabi platform. You will work closely with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and instructional designers to create engaging, high-quality, and user-friendly digital courses. This role requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and knowledge of effective online learning strategies.



Key Responsibilities:



- Course Design and Development:



> Create and build online courses on the Kajabi platform, including uploading videos, quizzes, assessments, and downloadable materials.

> Structure and organize content to ensure a logical flow and user-friendly learning experience.

> Implement multimedia elements, such as video, audio, and interactive content, to enhance engagement.

> Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure that courses meet educational objectives.





- Platform Management:

> Maintain and update the Kajabi platform, ensuring all courses, landing pages, and sales funnels are optimized and up to date.

> Monitor course performance and implement feedback and improvements.

> Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and automations within Kajabi.

> Troubleshoot any technical issues related to course access, content delivery, and user experience.



- Content Optimization:

> Optimize courses for SEO, ensuring they are easy to find and rank well in search engines.

> Develop and implement best practices for online learning, focusing on learner engagement, retention, and success.

> Ensure all content is mobile-friendly and compatible with various devices.



- Marketing and Sales Support:

> Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, funnels, and sales pages that drive course enrollment.

> Integrate course offerings with Kajabi’s sales and payment systems.

> Analyze user engagement and course performance data to improve conversion rates and overall course success.



- User Support:

> Provide customer support related to course content, accessibility, and technical issues.

Address student feedback and ensure a smooth learning experience.





Qualifications:

- Proven experience with the Kajabi platform, including course creation, funnel setup, and automation management.

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and online course development best practices.

- Experience in building and managing landing pages, sales funnels, and email campaigns in Kajabi.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple courses and deadlines simultaneously.

- Proficiency in creating and editing multimedia content (video, audio, graphics) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality content and a seamless user experience.

- Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



Preferred Skills:

- Experience with video editing and course scripting.

- Knowledge of additional e-learning platforms is a plus (Teachable, Thinkific, etc.).

- Understanding of user experience (UX) design for online learning.

- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and membership site models.
