Junior WordPress Developer (Elementor / Performance / Automation Friendly)

We are looking for a reliable Junior WordPress Developer with at least 6 months of real-world experience working with WordPress websites.

You will assist with maintaining, improving, and building pages for several WordPress sites using Elementor and other modern tools. The ideal candidate understands how WordPress works beyond just installing themes and can help keep websites running smoothly, securely, and fast.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in WordPress development, performance optimization, and modern automation workflows.

Required Skills

You must have experience with:

• WordPress (minimum 6 months experience)
• Installing and using Elementor
• Creating and working with WordPress Child Themes
• Updating plugins and themes safely
• Troubleshooting WordPress plugin conflicts
• Basic CSS knowledge
• Basic JavaScript understanding
• Understanding how to use FTP / File Manager / Hosting panels
• Understanding how WordPress themes and plugins interact

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Installing and configuring WordPress sites
• Building pages using Elementor
• Creating and managing child themes
• Updating plugins and themes safely
• Testing plugin updates before deploying
• Troubleshooting WordPress errors or conflicts
• Making small CSS adjustments when needed
• Assisting with page speed improvements
• Maintaining WordPress database health

Big Plus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued)

If you have experience in any of the following, please mention it in your application:

• LiteSpeed Cache optimization
• Improving Google PageSpeed scores (90-100 range)
• WordPress database maintenance and optimization
• Basic PHP understanding
• Working with APIs and Webhooks
• Familiarity with server environments or VPS hosting

• AI prompting / using AI tools for development tasks
