Junior Web Developer Wanted ASAP

If you’re a talented web designer/developer with at least two years experience, looking to perfect your skills producing and editing content to be seen by a worldwide audience, then you’ll want to read this entire message…

You must possess the following:

1. Talented, creative, reliable, efficient and internet savvy.
2. Your portfolio must have AT LEAST 5 websites you have worked on, the more samples the better.
3. Must have excellent html and css skills, knowledge in CSS3 is a plus
4. Excellent Graphic Design Skills are a plus
5. Be ready to follow and learn many project management systems regularly such as basecamp and timesheets.
6. Be a proactive team player who can keep regular hours (but we can offer some flexibility here)
7. Prepared to do multiple tasks every day as we may give you many bits and pieces from different websites. (i.e 30-minute task to fix a client’s site, 20-minute task to add content, 5-hour cut-up)
8. Ideally available during the day (Australia and PH time)
9. Excellent communication skills – important when reporting and coordinating with the rest of the team, excellent internet connection and able to talk via skype to other team members

1. Adding content to websites
2. Adding graphics like banner slideshows, sidebar adverts, footer logos, etc
3. Editing existing layout and content
4. Setting up redirects
5. PSD to HTML cutup
6. Fixing broken links
7. Creating web forms and embedding on client sites



What We’re Offering
- Permanent part time position 10 hours per week, may be extended to 20 hours per week for the right person
- Flexible Part Time hours starting at 10 hours per week (you set your own regular working hours)
- Most tasks will have set timings and payments, based on our past experience.
- Starting wage negotiable depending on experience
- Monthly pay reviews, then quarterly pay rises once goal rate is reached.
- with 3-monthly bonus pay-rises for top performers!
