We build and maintain our own internal technology to support our warehouse, logistics, and order fulfillment operations. About the Role
We're looking for a Software Developer to join our small tech team, working on GymSets HQ, our internal warehouse, logistics, and order management platform that powers our e-commerce operations. You'll work closely with our Lead Developer and Operations team to build, improve, and maintain features that directly impact how we pick, pack, and dispatch hundreds of orders every day.

What You'll Work On
• Build and maintain warehouse workflow features, including pick lists, parcel scanning, and label printing
• Develop and maintain Shopify integrations, including order ingestion, webhook handling, and tracking uploads
• Implement role-based access control and user management
• Create dashboard widgets and operational reports
• Debug and resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment
• Write scripts for data migration, diagnostics, and backfill processes
What We're Looking For
• Strong experience with JavaScript and Node.js
• Comfortable writing raw SQL queries, including joins, transactions, and JSON column handling
• Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks
• Ability to quickly understand and contribute to an existing codebase
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to trace issues from the user interface through to the database
• Experience working on Linux servers using SSH
Nice to Have
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and SQS
• Shopify API or Shopify app development experience
• Experience with EJS or similar server-side templating engines
• Familiarity with PM2 or similar process managers

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time
