ABOUT HIROLABZ

HiroLabz is a new technology team in the Philippines building AI-powered web and mobile products. Our current project involves web and mobile app development, AI integrations, voice features, APIs, automation, cloud infrastructure, and backend systems.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated junior developer who wants to grow with the team and help build the product from the early stages.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

We are hiring a JUNIOR FULL-STACK MOBILE/WEB DEVELOPER with strong basic knowledge of both web and mobile development.

Applicants must have experience building both mobile applications and web applications. This can include work experience, freelance projects, school projects, portfolio projects, or personal projects.

Please do not apply if your experience is only web or only mobile.

TECH STACK

Relevant experience should include some of the following:

* React
* React Native
* Expo
* Node.js
* Python
* REST APIs
* Databases
* Authentication
* Git and GitHub
* Basic cloud deployment
* Third-party API integrations
* AI or LLM tools is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

The developer will be responsible for:

* Assisting in building and maintaining web and mobile application features.
* Developing frontend features using React, React Native, and Expo.
* Helping build and connect backend APIs to web and mobile applications.
* Fixing bugs and improving existing features.
* Working with APIs, databases, authentication, and basic backend logic.
* Following clear technical instructions and asking questions when something is unclear.
* Writing clean and organized code.
* Testing features before submitting work.
* Communicating progress, blockers, and questions clearly.
* Learning from feedback and improving with the team.

NICE TO HAVE

The following are a plus:

* Experience with AI tools, OpenAI, Grok, Claude, or similar platforms.
* Experience with voice AI, transcription, or ElevenLabs.
* Experience with payment integrations or SaaS platforms.
* Basic UI/UX knowledge and frontend animations.
* Basic cloud deployment or CI/CD knowledge.
* Own MacBook or access to a MacBook for development and testing.
* Portfolio, GitHub profile, or sample projects.
