IT & Digital Operations Engineer

JOB OPENING: IT & DIGITAL ADVERTISING OPERATIONS ENGINEER

We are looking for a technically skilled and dependable Engineering Graduate to manage IT systems and the remote placement of advertisements across our digital advertising network.
Responsibilities:
• Install, upload, schedule, and update advertisements on remote digital screens
• Monitor advertising content to ensure it is displayed correctly and on schedule
• Provide remote technical support using AnyDesk and TeamViewer
• Troubleshoot computers, internet connections, software, and display systems
• Maintain accurate records of advertisements placed at each location
• Confirm that all remote advertising units are online and operating properly
• Coordinate with schools, institutions, advertisers, and management
• Prepare regular performance and technical reports
• Respond quickly to technical problems and operational requests
Qualifications:
• Must be currently based in Bacolod City
• Graduate of Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical course
• Strong knowledge of computers, networking, software, and basic hardware troubleshooting
• Experience using AnyDesk and TeamViewer
• Knowledge of remotely uploading, scheduling, and managing advertisements or digital content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple locations and assignments
• Willing to travel locally when necessary
• Must have a reliable internet connection and personal computer
