Internal Systems Developer Position

Minerva is a new premium B2B SaaS platform built for high-ticket agencies. Our web application uses public, open-source, and private AI image and video generation pipelines to help clients create high-quality AI content at scale.

Minerva is an exclusive platform designed for top-performing agencies in our industry. Access is limited, and the number of users and clients is intentionally capped to maintain quality, performance, and exclusivity.

The Role

We are looking for an internal full-stack systems developer to help maintain, improve, and scale our web application.

Must be familiar with Claude Code, GitHub, CloudFlare, and External API integration and documentation.

You will be responsible for fixing bugs, responding to technical issues, auditing and improving existing code, developing new features, patching and updating the system, integrating external APIs, and helping ensure the application can scale as we add more clients and users.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with modern AI-assisted development tools, can move quickly, and can think through technical problems independently.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the existing web application
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs or technical issues
Build and ship new features
Audit, refactor, and improve existing code
Integrate and maintain external APIs
Help improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
Assist with technical planning and act as a technical consultant when needed
Use AI-assisted coding tools to speed up development while maintaining code quality
Requirements

C1+ English
Previous software development experience
Full-stack development experience
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar tools
Familiarity with Cloudflare, Supabase, Clerk, Railway, external APIs, and modern web application infrastructure
Ability to debug, problem-solve, and work independently
Experience with AI image or video generation tools is a plus
Starting Pay Range

$1,000–$2,000 per month, with performance bonuses available based on output, reliability, and impact.
