intereactive Graphic HTML 5 coding

Need 1 interactive html 5 web page. Friendly on all browsers and Operating Systems.

Native (Adobe Illustrator CC) layered vector graphics will be supplied by me.

Provided native (Adobe Illustrator CC) vector cartoon character that will have to be animated with running, walking, climbing, standing, lifting, driving forklift and other poses. The character will need to respond to users interactive selections.

A provided layered native (Adobe Illustrator CC) vector warehouse environment will have areas that will need to be interactive and respond to user selections.

The graphic will need to be able to work on desktop as well as mobile. NO FLASH.

This job requires VERY clean, simplistic coding and must be fast loading.

Applicant will need to provide samples of previous work.
