Insurance Processing Associate

We are looking for an Insurance Processing Associate to support our U.S. insurance customers directly — pulling policies, generating quotes, and helping clients get accurate answers, fast. This is a full-time, long-term position with a stable U.S. employer. What You'll Do:
* Pull customer policies and generate accurate insurance quotes
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
* Access and update customer accounts and policy schedules with precision
* Explain policy details and other insurance lines to potential customers as needed

Skills & Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal English communication
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Typing speed of 50+ WPM
* Prior experience as an Insurance VA, CSR, or Quoting Assistant for Home, Personal and Commercial lines
* Familiarity with HawkSoft, Smartsheet, or RingCentral is a plus

Availability & Setup:
* Able to commit to full-time, long-term work, 9 AM–5 PM EST
* Windows-based computer, Intel i5 (8th gen or newer) or equivalent; No MAC OS
* Noise-canceling headset and reliable high-speed internet
* Backup power source recommended for uninterrupted call quality

We offer paid training at PHP 150/hour for the first 90 days. After the training period, the rate increases to PHP 170/hour plus benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, internet reimbursement, 13th month pay, PTOs, holiday pay, and more.
