I need a Virtual Assistant/ Accountant /webprogramer

I would like to hire a full time assistant for a hair salon, for that reason I'm looking for someone that can best fit my needs. I know the request is not possible with all expertise. but I would like to find someone close.

1.someone to do receptionist work. answer clients, ask for feed back and follow up with them.

2. someone who can do the salons payroll and accountant work.

3. someone knowledgeable to create an online store for a soon launching product.

4. someone who can manage an online store as amazon, e-commerce (online sales)

5. are you whiling to work overnight in the Philippine timezone.
