HubSpot Implementor (Remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Implementor to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM for maximum efficiency and automation. This role will focus on building and refining workflows, email sequences, dashboards, and ensuring flawless integration between our marketing, sales, and service processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Automation: Set up and manage conditional workflows to support marketing, sales, and client onboarding processes.

Email Sequences: Create, optimize, and monitor automated email sequences for lead nurturing, follow-up, and engagement campaigns.
Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain custom dashboards to track KPIs, team performance, and campaign results.
Form Setup & Management: For every new service, landing page, or campaign, create and configure HubSpot forms to ensure proper routing, notifications, and follow-up sequences.
System Maintenance: Regularly audit HubSpot assets (forms, workflows, sequences, lists) to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement new processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
Data Management: Maintain clean and accurate CRM records, segmentation, and lead scoring.
Qualifications:

Proven experience implementing and managing HubSpot in a professional setting.
Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, sequences, forms, and dashboard creation.
Experience in marketing automation, lead management, and CRM optimization.
Ability to translate business processes into effective HubSpot solutions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
HubSpot certification(s) in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations Hub.
Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms.
Experience in a service-based or professional services industry.
