Our students normally subscribe through our main website using credit/debit cards. However, many students in countries like Kenya, Somalia, and Ethiopia pay manually using mobile money or other local payment methods. We need a separate internal system to manage these customers.

* Register students who pay manually.

* Verify manual payments before activating the subscription.
* Activate memberships (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
* Automatically show Active, Expiring, and Expired accounts.
* Send automatic email reminders before subscriptions expire.

Customer Service Dashboard

* Daily phone calls made.
* Calls answered.

Operations Manager Dashboard

* Track customer complaints.
