HIRING: Remote Metadata Annotators

We are hiring Metadata Annotators to help review, organize, and classify real-world video recordings.

Fresh graduates and applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply. This role is best suited for individuals with excellent attention to detail, strong English reading and writing skills, and the ability to make consistent decisions based on written guidelines.

Training and detailed SOPs will be provided for candidates who are comfortable working in a quality and performance-driven environment. Note that training is not paid.

Responsibilities:

• Review recorded video footage
• Identify and classify environments, activities, and objects appearing in videos
• Write and verify metadata descriptions accurately
• Follow annotation instructions and SOPs consistently
• Ensure metadata matches the video content correctly

Requirements:

• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to follow written guidelines carefully and consistently
• Comfortable performing repetitive review tasks
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Stable internet connection
• Reliable PC or laptop
• Quick learner with the ability to apply feedback
• Willing to work in a performance and quality-based setup

Preferred but not required:

• Annotation experience
• QA or moderation experience
• Transcription or operational support work
• Experience with data labeling or content review

Compensation:

• Performance and quality-based
• High-performing annotators may be considered for promotion to Team Lead (TL) or manager roles as the project grows

Important:

• This role is best suited for applicants looking for full-time work
• Not ideal for casual part-time availability or inconsistent schedules
• Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and consistency in decision-making
