Business Formation & Compliance – AI-guided LLC setup, EIN acquisition, BOI reporting, compliance reminders.

Trademark Protection – AI-powered trademark filing wizard, 24/7 monitoring, infringement detection across marketplaces and social media.

Ecommerce Growth Tools – Store integrations (Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, Shopify), AI-generated product listings, ad automation, and unified dashboards.


The Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (freelancer or contract-to-hire) to design and build our MVP website/platform. You will take our product roadmap and turn it into a working SaaS solution with a clean, modern interface, automation workflows, and integrations.
Responsibilities
Develop the front end (React/Next.js preferred) with clean, user-friendly UI/UX.


Build the back end (FastAPI or Node.js/NestJS) to handle workflows, automation, and filings.

Integrate with third-party APIs (Stripe for payments, Shopify/Amazon/Etsy/TikTok Shop, government forms where possible).

Implement subscription billing and role-based user accounts.


Build initial AI-driven features (LLM-based trademark assistant, product listing generator).


Ensure security, compliance, and best practices (GDPR/CCPA, encryption, audit logs).


Work closely with founders to refine roadmap, features, and product vision.


Requirements
Proven experience in full-stack SaaS development.


Proficiency with React/Next.js (front end) and FastAPI or Node.js/NestJS (back end).


Database expertise (PostgreSQL, Redis).


Experience with API integrations (Stripe, ecommerce APIs; government/IRS/USPTO a plus).


Familiarity with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Pinecone/Weaviate) is highly desirable.


Strong understanding of security, authentication, and compliance.


Clear communication skills; ability to collaborate with non-technical founders.


Nice-to-Have
Background in legal-tech, fintech, or ecommerce SaaS.


Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify apps, or similar integrations.


Knowledge of DevOps/infra (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).


Design/UX sensibility for building “dummy-proof” onboarding flows.
