About ClearPath Community Services

ClearPath Community Services is a Virginia-based provider supporting youth and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Sponsored Residential services.

We're building our internal operational systems from the ground up and are looking for someone who enjoys creating organized, intuitive workflow systems using Google Workspace.

This is not simply a spreadsheet project—we're building an internal operations workspace that will become the central hub for our Sponsor Coordinator. This system will become the primary workspace used by our Sponsor Coordinator. Rather than simply tracking Sponsors, it should guide the Coordinator through each stage of our Sponsor Intake Process by presenting the appropriate information, tasks, checklists, and next steps based on the Sponsor's current stage.

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Google Workspace developer to build a custom Sponsor Workspace using Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, and Google Apps Script.

The system will manage prospective Sponsor Residential Providers through our Sponsor Intake Process, from their initial inquiry through final approval.

Our goal is to create a workspace where a Sponsor Coordinator can manage the entire Sponsor journey without constantly switching between multiple documents.

Core Workflow

The system will follow our 10-stage Sponsor Intake Process:

The current stage should drive what the Coordinator sees and works on.

Allow Coordinators to:

A simple dashboard showing:

New Leads
Active Sponsors
Current Stage for each Sponsor
Overdue Follow-Ups
Sponsors Waiting for Executive Review
What We're Looking For

Someone with experience building:

Google Workspace systems
Google Apps Script
Google Sheets automation
Internal workflow systems
CRM-style databases
Operational dashboards

Experience with Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, or similar workflow platforms is a plus.
