JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant to support our growing digital marketing agencies serving financial advisors and law firms. The ideal candidate is experienced in GoHighLevel, enjoys both technical work and customer support, and communicates clearly with clients and tea ---------- mbers.

Responsibilities
1. GoHighLevel Technical Tasks
Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, automations, pipelines, and CRM systems
Set up snapshots, email/SMS campaigns, calendars, and client accounts
Assist with onboarding new clients and implementing their systems
Troubleshoot GoHighLevel issues and optimize existing automations
Document processes and assist with ongoing projects
2. Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other communication channels
Assist with client onboarding and answer customer questions
Provide timely, professional, and friendly support to clients
Escalate technical issues when necessary and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements
Proven experience using GoHighLevel
Strong knowledge of workflows, automations, CRM, and snapshots
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Customer service experience is preferred
Experience with webhooks, API integrations, or AI tools is a plus

Work Schedule
Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern and Pacific Time overlap preferred)
