GoHighLevel Expert Needed (Setup + Integrations) – Project-Based + Ongoing Support

Overview

We are a home services business in the U.S. and recently started using GoHighLevel. Our account is new, and we need a proven GHL expert to help us properly connect and configure everything so our CRM, automation, and pipeline systems are working smoothly.

This is a setup gig (initial build-out) and then we want someone we can rely on for ongoing support as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

You will help us set up and connect:

CRM + pipeline setup (stages, triggers, automation)

Calendar + appointment booking system

Forms + lead capture + funnel connections


Email + SMS integration and deliverability setup

Workflows + automations (follow-ups, reminders, no-show sequences)

Integrations (Google, email provider, phone/SMS provider, etc.)

Opportunity and contact tagging system

Conversation inbox setup and routing

Basic reporting or dashboards (as applicable)

What Success Looks Like

Everything is connected correctly and working reliably

Leads flow into the pipeline automatically

Follow-up automation runs correctly without failures

We can track lead source + stage movement easily

Our team can use it daily without confusion

Required Experience

? You MUST have real GoHighLevel implementation experience, not just basic familiarity.

Please include:

Examples of past GHL accounts you’ve set up (screenshots or descriptions)

The types of workflows you’ve built

Your experience with integrations + troubleshooting

Nice to Have

Experience with home services companies

Experience with inbound lead systems, scheduling automation, follow-up workflows

Strong documentation ability (SOPs, Loom videos)

Compensation

We’re open to either:

A fixed project price for setup

Hourly for implementation + ongoing support
