Go High Level Technical Developer

Technical developer - Go High Level (remote, virtual)

Pest Solutions Plus, an independently owned pest and lawn services company based in Southwest Florida, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented remote technical developer to help us build and optimize automated systems in our Go High Level CRM.

In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership to translate business processes into automated workflows, pipelines, triggers and reporting systems. You’ll be responsible for designing, testing and refining solutions that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. From scheduling and customer renewals to inspection follow-ups and performance reporting, your work will directly impact both team productivity and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on technical position that requires problem-solving, precision and a proactive mindset to deliver scalable solutions that support business growth.

Responsibilities at a glance:
? Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, pipelines and triggers in Go High Level
? Translate business processes into scalable system automations
? Support scheduling automation for inspections, renewals and callbacks
? Create reporting dashboards and data flows for leadership visibility
? Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure workflows function correctly
? Collaborate with leadership to refine requirements and optimize systems
? Document workflows and technical configurations to ensure consistency and long-term scalability

Requirements:
? Proven experience with Go High Level (workflow and pipeline automation)
? Technical background in automation, systems engineering or CRM development
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
? Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time
? Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
? Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
? Fluent in English, both written and spoken
