JOB OVERVIEW

Are you in the Philippines and looking for a comfortable work-from-home job where you get paid to solve puzzles? This is for you.

We have an open position building and maintaining automations in GoHighLevel for our clients. You make your own schedule and work on your own projects independently.

Your job will be to build, test and fix the systems that make sure none of our clients' leads ever get missed. Workflows, appointment reminders, pipelines, and setting up new client accounts.

--The honest version of this job--

Some days you get a fun puzzle:

"The client wants a text to go out 20 minutes after someone books, but only if they haven't paid their deposit yet, and only during office hours." Nobody will tell you how to build that. You get to figure it out.
Taking a workflow that's working really well in one client's account and rebuilding it across six others
Working out why one single message in a sequence isn't sending

Other days you get the boring stuff:

Allocating shows
Rating lead calls
QA and testing
Replacing review screenshots
Renaming messy workflows so a normal human can understand them

Both parts matter equally to us. If the second list sounds unbearable to you, this isn't the right job and we'd rather you didn't apply. If it sounds satisfying, keep reading, because people who genuinely don't mind that work are rare and we pay properly for it.

How we work together

You won't be figuring this out alone. I'll be in there with you, and the harder builds we'll work through together. Our goal is to develop your skills long term.

You need a problem solving instinct. At the same time, one of the most important problem solving skills is knowing when to ask for help, and asking early. We would much rather you say "I'm stuck on this, can we look at it together" after 30 minutes than quietly burn a whole day on it.

Nobody here gets judged for asking questions or for saying something looks wrong. Speaking up is the job and getting better is the goal.

--What we're looking for--

If you've got:

Some hands-on experience in GoHighLevel. You don't need to be an expert, but we don't want to teach the platform from zero, so you should already be comfortable working inside it
A habit of figuring things out on your own before asking, and the sense to ask once you've hit a wall
Real patience for testing, checking and detail work
Attention to detail
A strong sense of written & spoken American English

We would love to pay a premium. Read on:

The details

Right now we're looking for a 20 hour per week position, which can expand to full time in the future.

That's roughly 4 hours per day. We'll discuss the exact schedule at your interview depending on what works for you. Because you're working on your own schedule and on your own projects, it's a fairly relaxed position.

We provide you with training, regular check ins, and a small team that actually talks to each other. You will never feel "left alone" in this position.

--Compensation--

Earnings will be between $500 and $750 per month (USD) depending on your experience and hours to start.

The position is subject to change as we're growing quickly. A full time version of this role would pay around $1,600 per month, and that's a realistic path within a few months for the right person.

Shortlisted applicants will be paid for a small test task before any offer is made. We don't ask anyone to work for free.

To apply

Please send a short Loom video (or similar screen recording) that includes all three of these:

A short introduction of yourself
Show us a workflow you have built in GoHighLevel and walk us through what it does
Tell us one thing you would change about it if you were building it again today

Applications without a video will be disregarded.

Please keep it under 5 minutes. We care about how clearly you explain your thinking, not about production quality.

Skills required
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Enjoys problem solving and figuring out systems
Patience for QA, testing and repetitive checking work
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable asking questions and flagging problems early
Love learning: you're expected to learn our way of doing things
Excellent written English
Technical requirements
Internet connection of at least 20mb upload and 20mb download speed
Minimum of 8gb of RAM
A screen of at least 15 inches, or a second monitor. Building workflows on a small screen is genuinely painful
Able to record your screen (Loom or similar)
