About the Role
Focus: Productize our systems + help ship an active client build

We build AI-powered growth systems (GoHighLevel, Voice AI, n8n) for businesses. You’ll help turn our process into repeatable products (snapshots, SOPs, checklists) and execute a live client build using those standards. Speed + clean documentation = success.

What You’ll Do
1) Productize Our Offering (repeatable, snapshot-first)

Clone and harden a Baseplate snapshot (fields, tags, pipelines, dashboards).
Package Overlay add-ons (Home Services, Fitness, etc.).
Build an Onboarding Intake Form that maps 1:1 to custom fields/values.
Create SOPs, QA checklists, and Loom micro-trainings (3–7 mins).
Set a tag taxonomy + data dictionary (what each field/tag means).
Assemble a demo subaccount with staged leads, calendars, and sample Voice AI flows.

2) Delivery Support (live project)

Calendars & groups: Sales / Service / Warranty / Rentals (RR logic + booking forms + reminders).
Workflows: Fast-Follow (Day 0/1/3/7/14), No-Show Recovery, Review Request, Job Complete ? Upsell.
Data: custom values (hours, URLs), tag sets, pipelines, user permissions.
Web: GHL site skeleton pages.
Ops prep: A2P 10DLC intake, DNS records checklist.
QA + Loom: smoke tests, sample leads, 10-minute Loom handoff per area.

You will not be client-facing. You’ll work from a clear build checklist and hand off Looms for internal review.

Must-Have Skills

GoHighLevel power user: calendars, booking forms, workflows (stop-on-reply), funnels, pipelines, permissions.

Data hygiene: clean field/tag design; understands tags vs custom fields and when to use each.

Documentation: crisp Looms, checklists, and in-app notes.

English & communication: clear written/spoken updates.

Reliability: hits deadlines, flags blockers early.

Nice-to-Haves

n8n basics (webhooks, branching, simple transforms).
Voice AI exposure (GHL Voice AI or similar).
DNS/Google Workspace fundamentals.
Experience with A2P 10DLC intake.

Path to full-time after 60–90 days if we’re a fit.
