About the role:
Location: Remote, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 8AM - 5PM PH Time

As a Fullstack Developer, you will be expected to develop and contribute new features as per established best practices. You will work closely with the offshore based and other team members here in the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Security:
- Apply secure design
- Undertaken all security training and follow the company’s policy and ISMS at all time

Development:
- Consistently write high-quality code (with tests)
- Make sure your tests pass and do not fail
- Design features and solutions with autonomy
- Able to solve significant problems in code and infrastructure
- Good knowledge of evolving technology and process best practice
- Developer is responsible for planning his own schedule within Sprint

Code reviews:
- Actively participate in code reviews and learning best practices
- Responsible for making sure your PRs are reviewed
- Responsible for making sure your code gets merged and deployed to respective branches once it's been reviewed and approved.

Document designs and requirements:
- Keep project documentation up to date
- Write requirements into tickets and update as needed.
- Writes basic design documentation

Agile routines:
- Follow Scrum practices
- Participate in resource / sprint estimation
- Understand and participate in team process
- Increasingly accurate estimations of implementation timeframes
- Responsible for requirement analysis before development starts and any requirement updates

As an employee of Hero Teams, you’ll be a full-time team member that will work on our dedicated client's ongoing software projects (we are not an agency and you won’t be moved between clients).
As an extension of the client's core team, you’ll be embedded into their business either remotely (home) or from the Hero Teams office.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related field is required
- Good applicable knowledge of the Computer science theory, including understanding of SOLID and OOP principles
- Experience in the following tech stack:
Front-End: React, CSS pre-processors like SAAS, LESS or CSS-in-JS,
Backend: Node.js
- Key Skills: Experience in developing and maintaining medium to high complexity software solutions in SaaS - like environment. - MultiProducts, MultiProjects setting.
- Key Tech: React/Node.js Full Stack 70/30 Split
