This open position is for a full-time WordPress developer. Extensive SEO knowledge is a must too. Plus you have competence implementing Google Analytics and Tag Manager..

Working with our copywriter and marketing team, you'll be responsible for building great-looking offer pages, maintaining blogs, building sales funnels, creating lead generation pages, building & maintaining sites, and more.

We manage multiple brands and we primarily build our sites with Elementor and Thrive Architect.

Our sites have been customized heavily with various custom post types and features that take advantage of other platforms' APIs (hence you need to already have experience working with APIs).

We'll provide the "design & direction" and you bring your developer expertise!

Of course, it goes without saying you should have a good grasp of ---------- pecially since it's those CSS enhancements that really take the page from looking like a "generic template" to something that looks professional and is easy for the user to engage with.

Some questions you may have...

Is this a full-time job?

Yes, it is. We expect a full 40-hour workweek (we use ClickUp and TimeDoctor to track time.)

Do I have to work certain hours?

For the most part, you have control over your schedule. We allow everyone on our team to work when they'd like (within
reason).

We ask they fill out a calendar with their work hours so we know when they'll be available, but those hours are pretty much up to you.

There are times, however, when a particular project needs attention and then will ask you to adjust those hours. Fortunately, we are very organized so those times are rare.

There are certain times where you may need to meet with tea ---------- mbers to discuss the project (normally these occur between 8:30 PM and 1:30 AM PHT) and you should be available during those hours.

What's the salary?
Our base salary starts at 50,000 PHP/month AND we are willing to go higher for the right person. If you have the experience that requires a larger salary, please let us know.

Do we honor the 13th Month?
Yes, we do.

Have you worked with Filipinos before?
Yes. We currently have 2 full-time Filipinos on our team. The majority of which have been a part of the team for years.

How will you communicate with me?
We use Zoom, ClickUp, and Google Chat. We do offer training in these tools if you are not familiar with ---------- n I work for others?
No. We are a committed team so we ask that you commit to only working with us full-time.

How long can I expect this job to last?
We hire long-term, full-time tea ---------- mbers who are incredible at what they do and want to grow with the company. We aren't looking for anyone who just wants a short-term "gig".
