About Keepers

Keepers is a dual-layer short-term rental (STR) platform combining automated operations SaaS with a full-service on-demand cleaning marketplace. We help STR operators run cleaner, more reliable properties through smart tooling and a vetted cleaning professional network.

We're looking for a couple Full-Stack Engineers to help build and scale the Keepers CRM — the operational backbone connecting property managers, cleaning professionals, and our internal ops team. You'll work across our React/React Native apps and Node.js backend, with real ownership over architecture decisions as we grow.

What You'll Do:
Design, build, and maintain features across the Keepers CRM (web + mobile)
Architect and optimize Firestore data models for a growing, multi-tenant operations platform
Build and maintain third-party integrations (messaging, CRM enrichment, property management platforms)
Collaborate directly with founders/product leadership on roadmap and technical tradeoffs
Own features end-to-end — from spec to deployment to monitoring
Help establish engineering best practices as an early technical hire

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of professional full-stack experience
Strong proficiency in React and React Native
Solid backend experience in Node.js and/or Python
Experience with Firestore or Supabase (Postgres-based) — comfortable working across both NoSQL and relational data models
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving specs
Experience with third-party API integrations (OAuth, webhooks, messaging platforms a plus)
Strong communication skills — this is a remote role requiring self-direction and clear async updates

Nice to Have:
Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform products
Familiarity with i18n/internationalization for multi-language apps
Experience with Netlify/Vercel deployment pipelines
Prior startup experience (pre-seed to Series A stage)
