JOB OVERVIEW

*Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Owners to establish business requirements

• Develop web and mobile applications for an Online Booking systems platform

• Create prototypes, code, and tests, troubleshoot and analyze problems

• Create APIs that are fast and reliable to support mobile and web clients

• Manage and optimize scalable cloud server

• Web and mobile application performance and scalability optimization

• Create automated tests to guarantee that business requirements are met

• Participate in code reviews


*Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js in back-end web or mobile development

• Experience with React JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Next.js and React native

• In-depth knowledge of REST API implementation, documentation, and support

• Experience with version control (Git, GitHub)

• Working knowledge of Cloud-enabling technologies such as AWS

• Knowledge about modern client-side React JavaScript libraries and packages

• Knowledge about TypeScript ORM is a plus

• Create code that is reusable, testable, and efficient

• Experience with integration of third-party APIs like Stripe, Google, Facebook

• Extensive experience with SQL using PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Experience with Messaging chat API and SMS API is a plus

• Experience in developing Online Booking systems is highly desirable

• Familiarity with project management tools like Slack, Jira, etc.

• Experience working with US clients is an advantage

• Challenge the status quo to find fresh answers and out-of-the-box concepts with a growth mentality

• Knowledge of technical SEO optimization is a plus

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Comfortable working with a small team of 2-3 developers
