Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (Next.js)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong Next.js expertise who can work confidently across frontend and backend. You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team where your contributions matter.

What You’ll Do:
* Build clean, efficient, and scalable features using Next.js
* Work on backend logic, databases, and integrations
* Collaborate with the team to ship high-quality code fast
* Solve problems independently (initiative is key!)

What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of professional experience in software development
* Strong experience with AI coding tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
* Comfortable with backend development (Node.js, databases, APIs)
* Strong understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
* Experience with Git, deployments, and modern workflows
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
* Great communication skills (clear English, proactive updates)
* Knows the difference between UK and US English (important for content consistency)
* Self-starter attitude—someone who figures things out, not waits for step-by-step instructions

Perks & Pay:
* Hourly rate: $6–$10 depending on experience
* After 3–6 months, we’ll review performance for a pay increase
* Trial period: 1–2 months to ensure fit
