Full Stack Developer (Must Be Comfortable Using AI Coding Tools)

Hey there!

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our remote team.

We build a variety of web applications, internal systems, business tools, and custom software, so you'll have the opportunity to work on different types of projects instead of maintaining just one application. Every project brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position. We're looking for someone who is dependable, communicates well in English, follows direction well, and can also work independently.



What You'll Be Working On:
- Build and enhance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Develop clean, responsive user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS
- Build and maintain backend APIs and services
- Integrate third-party APIs, business platforms, and automation tools
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality features
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to help improve our applications and systems



AI-Assisted Development (Required)

We expect our developers to use AI coding assistants as part of their daily development workflow to speed up development, debugging, troubleshooting, refactoring, and problem-solving.

You should have experience using one or more of the following:

- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Google Gemini
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor
- Other AI coding assistants

We're not looking for someone who simply copies and pastes AI-generated code. You should be able to understand, verify, debug, and improve the code you ship.

Our team regularly uses tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Vercel, AWS, Zapier, and n8n as part of our development workflow.

Skills We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong experience with React.js
- Strong backend development using Node.js and Express.js
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Working knowledge of PHP
- Strong understanding of Git, GitHub, branching strategies, pull requests, and version control best practices
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
- Experience deploying and managing applications with Vercel
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and business platforms
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, or similar
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JWT authentication, and application performance
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team



Bonus Points | Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- Prisma or Sequelize
- Firebase
- Redis
- Docker
- Serverless architecture
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or other CRM platforms
