Full-Stack Developer

We are hiring a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to work on a long-term, high-impact internal software platform. The work requires clean architecture, reliable code, secure data handling, and the ability to build large systems that scale.
If you're strong across both front-end and back-end and can work independently, you’ll fit perfectly.

Required Technical Qualifications:

Front-End
Expert-level knowledge of React or Next.js
Strong understanding of:
JavaScript / TypeScript
Component architecture
State management
Responsive UI (Tailwind, CSS frameworks)
Reusable component design
Ability to convert wireframes ? polished UI

Back-End
Strong experience with Node.js / Express OR Python / FastAPI
Experience designing and building:
RESTful APIs
Authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)
Role-based access control
CRUD operations and automated workflows
Understanding of secure coding principles

Database
Proficiency in PostgreSQL or MySQL
Ability to:
Design relational database schemas
Write optimized queries
Create migrations
Handle data validation, indexing, and performance tuning

Systems & Architecture
Ability to read system diagrams, workflows, and convert them into working modules
Familiar with microservices or modular monolithic structures
Experience building scalable and maintainable systems
Ability to document architecture cleanly
Integrations & APIs
Experience integrating:
Third-party APIs
Webhooks
Internal system automations
Ability to build robust error handling and logging

DevOps (Basic)
Comfortable with:
Git/GitHub
CI/CD
Environments & versioning
Basic AWS or cloud infrastructure deployment (S3, EC2, RDS ideal)
(Not required to be a DevOps engineer, but must understand the basics.)
