The Role
We need someone who can design, implement, and maintain automated workflows across all departments using best-in-class tools. The position starts full-time while key systems are built, then may shift to a lighter cadence once processes run smoothly, with plenty of room to grow into broader responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build automated workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier, and other visual-coding platforms

Create lightweight microservices or scripts (Node.js, TypeScript, or Python) to handle edge cases and custom API logic

Integrate AI features—such as OpenAI or Anthropic calls—for classification, summarization, or decision-making steps

Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor logs, and implement error-handling and alerting strategies

Document every workflow clearly and produce short Loom or written guides for the team

Collaborate with each department to uncover new automation opportunities and estimate ROI

(Optional but valuable) Tie automations into GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools once primary systems are stable

What We’re Looking For

Solid developer foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python and a working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON

Proven experience with at least one low-code automation platform—n8n preferred, Make or Zapier welcome

Familiarity with Git for version control and comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment

Basic understanding of how AI models can be embedded in business workflows; eagerness to learn more

Clear written and verbal communication—able to translate technical details for non-technical teammates

Self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Experience & Tools
Direct experience with all listed tools is a plus but not required; we provide extensive onboarding and ongoing training. Helpful background items include:

n8n, Make, Zapier scenario building

Node.js, TypeScript, or Python scripting

GitHub or GitLab workflow management

Docker or other containerization basics

CRM automation (GoHighLevel or similar) – nice to have, not mandatory
