Position: Full-Stack AI Engineer (Contract to Perm)
Product: FieldFlow – an AI-powered co-pilot that frees construction & trades professionals from paperwork by automating voice, chat and document workflows.
Start: June 2025?|?Term: 1-2 months initial, option to extend

Core Responsibilities
Build & refine backend APIs (Django REST + FastAPI micro-services) that orchestrate voice, chat and document flows
Latency < 500>80 % unit-test coverage; contributor onboarding time ? 1 week
Looking for:
5+ yrs full-stack Python/Typescript/Javascript; Django and React/Next.js
Proven OAuth 2.0 & token-based security implementations
AI/ML integration: at least one shipped product that consumed LLMs or STT/TTS APIs
MLOps: PyTorch, TensorFlow, prompt engineering, fine tuning
OpenAI, Langgraph or other agent-framework experience
Cloud: hands-on GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM, Secret Mgr)S
Security: solid grasp of OWASP Top 10, CSP/secure headers, JWT validation, secrets management, and hands-on experience hardening APIs against common attack vectors
Data: Postgres, Redis, SQL optimisation, schema design for multi-tenant SaaS
DevOps: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Cloud Build), Celery
Excellent written communication & async collaboration

Experience with construction, prop-tech or field-service domains
