WHAT WE SEEK
We are looking for (Mid or Senior/Lead) Frontend Developers who are experts in Angular and are looking to advance their career by working on the latest technology trends for backend development. You will initially be assigned to work with a group of frontend experts working on one of our startups ( ---------- or ---------- ). (Senior/Lead) Eventually, you will be leading a team of junior to mid level developers who would be delivering projects for one of our startup divisions.


Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and
- Bootstrap, Angular 7, 8+
- Apply knowledge in Web 2.0, UI/UX Design, REST, GRAPHQL and other related
technologies/standards/protocols to assignments as applicable.
- Lead projects and collaborate with clients and/or internal teams to understand user
needs; drafts initial proposal and design of software to meet these needs.
- Assesses feasibility of design and project parameters within time and cost
constraints.
- Analyze our user needs and design software based on client specifications.
- Develop clean, readable code and design software applications based on user
specifications.
- Modify existing software to correct errors or improve overall performance.
- Oversee and assist with software testing and validation procedures and
programming.
- Oversee and assist with software installation; ensures application operates within
established specifications.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback in order to improve software for better usability.
- Design databases for specific application areas.
- Determines required system performance standards and hardware configurations
based on client specifications, budget, security needs, and other parameters.
- Collaborates with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design
systems to support required applications.
- Advise clients on software maintenance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize
development efficiency.
- Coach or mentor junior members of the development team.

Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of user-centric UI/UX experience
- Experience in PSD to HTML Conversion.
- Experience in responsive web designing and rich internet application.
- Experience in developing responsive website
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectively
- Have the ability to lead projects
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Plan and implement new designs
- Optimize existing user interface designs

Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- (Seniors/Leads) Advanced to expert level Angular 7+ coding skills. (Mid) Intermediate to advanced Angular 7+ coding skills.
- Ability to design and implement clean and minimalistic dynamic web UIs using JavaScript, BootStrap, AJAX(jQuery), CSS3, HTML5
- Knowledge on Web 2.0 design standards and have experience in REST and GraphQL based service implementation.
- Demonstrable UI/UX design skills
- Ability to improve user experience by simplifying and refining user interface

WORK SETTING
