About This Role & Relationship

I’m the project manager, content writer, and strategist for a custom-built website. I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented front-end web designer/developer who can partner with me long-term.

This is an ongoing relationship — I’ll provide wireframes, mockups, and images, and you’ll help bring them to life in clean, consistent HTML and CSS.

!!! IMPORTANT !!!! This is not a WordPress or CMS rebuild. You’ll be working directly with my existing HTML/CSS codebase — expanding and refining pages while keeping the established design system consistent.

Current Context

This project involves building a sales funnel with classes and site memberships, combining automated/evergreen components and live presentations, along with automated certifications. We’ll also be refining some existing pages and menu content to align with this funnel

Please be patient as I coordinate many moving parts and create detailed mockups. If you’re among the 3–4 selected, my goal is to set you up to shine and become an integral part of the team.

What You’ll Do
• Build new web pages based on wireframes, mockups, and provided images
• Refine and improve the existing site (layout tweaks, usability improvements, design refinements)
• Ensure consistent design and styling across all pages by using and extending the existing CSS system
• Communicate with me directly and clearly on updates, progress, and questions

What This Role is NOT

XX No WordPress, Wix, or drag-and-drop builders
XX No “rebuilding” my site in a CMS — you will work with the current HTML/CSS setup

Requirements
• Solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
• Strong eye for detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect code that closely matches the mockups while maintaining best practices for responsive design across devices
• Ability to take wireframes/mockups/images and turn them into working, user-friendly web pages
• Reliable internet connection
• Availability for occasional Facebook video calls (8–10 AM EST) for design detailing, brainstorming, and check-ins

Nice to Have
• Basic knowledge of accessibility best practices
• Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery for small interactions (not required but a plus)
• Experience with BREVO or other CRM systems (not required but a plus)

o Whether you can commit to periodic 8–10 AM EST video calls

Next Step for Shortlisted Applicants:
If your initial reply looks like a good fit, I’ll ask you to build one page from my schematic as a PAID trial task.
• I’ll send you a mockup page to code
• You’ll put the page on your own server so I can review it.
• Once approved, you’ll email me the code for upload via FTP.
• I always pay by hour and promptly through PayPal for approved and completed work.

This will be an ongoing role for the right person who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
