Front-end Shopify Web Developer

Candidates must have:

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in Shopify Websites Development

· A strong knowledge of Shopify platform

· Proficient in Shopify theme development and customization

· Proficient in Shopify Liquid templating language

· Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript/ECMA Script 5/6, and jQuery

· A thorough understanding of the following:

· Cross-browser compatibility issues

· Responsive web design techniques

· W3C web standards/semantics and accessibility guidelines

· An ability to multi-task

· Great attention to detail and highly organized

· A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly


An advantage if you are:
· Proficient in working with different Shopify JS APIs (storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections etc)


Role focus and responsibilities:

· Create first-class public and private Shopify apps

· Build out design comps

· Maintain and enhance existing Shopify Plus sites

· Inspect and troubleshoot bugs and other QA issues

· Champion best practices

This is a full-time position and permanent remote work. Applicants must be available to work during the PST time zone: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
