Expert PHP, MySQL, and jQuery / Mootools programmer needed.

My company is looking for 2 people who can do advanced to expert-level PHP, MySQL, and javascript (Mootools or JQuery) work from home.

You MUST be able to build fully-functional javascript / ajax pages (floating windows, toggling, sliding, etc.)

If the match is good, I would like to keep these people hired permanently.
