POSITION OVERVIEW
The mission for this FULL-TIME position is to take complete ownership of all our online marketing needs and drive revenue growth primarily through media buying, landing page optimization, email marketing, and copywriting prowess.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We don’t care if you have fancy degrees or certifications. We care about your ability to drive results and your track record for doing ---------- this position you will be responsible for:

Technical:
• Media buying on Google Ad Words, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms
• Optimizing the performance of ad campaigns and taking full ownership of your Ad buying results
• Specializes in keyword research (Familiar using tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Trends, Etc.)
• Driving Email sales through persuasive copywriting and email nurture sequences
• Lead segregation through tagging
• Using analytics and data to track the performance of your ads (conversions, costs per acquisition, ROAS, and other KPIs)
• Developing attention-grabbing creatives, headlines, and copy
• Creating new marketing angles while implementing and split testing them
• Creating systems and processes to improve the marketing workflow
• Managing all automations associated with the marketing and sales process
• Designing (UX/UI), testing, and optimizing landing pages that convert
• Scriptwriting for VSLs, Webinars, and Video Ads
• Maintenance of website chat widget for sales and marketing
• Possessing a thorough understanding of various marketing-related software and tools such as ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, HighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics, Hyros, Slack, Zoom, ASANA and others.
• Setting up and maintaining inter-software integrations with Zapier
• Maintaining a basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript


Soft Responsibilities:
• Communicating in a collaborative and professional manner with other members of the team
• Participating in the planning, implementation, and launching of new digital products and services
• Consistently showing up with a positive, can-do attitude

PAY, HOURS, AND PERKS
Pay for this full-time freelance 1099 position will be directly proportional to the skills and experience you bring to the ---------- will include a base salary of 150,000 Php per month plus a substantial performance-based bonus.

The base 1099 compensation starts at 150,000 Php per month and includes a performance-based bonus that can result in a total compensation of up to 300,000 Php per month !!

This is a 100% remote opportunity

40 hours per week minimum is required. The work schedule is somewhat flexible but will primarily be remote, 9a-5pm EST on weekdays.
