Experienced Full-Stack Web Developer

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across both front-end and back-end development, with a keen eye for detail, performance, and user experience. You’ll work closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to develop modern, high-performing, and visually appealing websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs with clean, maintainable code.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services seamlessly.
- Optimise websites for maximum speed, performance, and SEO compliance.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to bring brand and campaign visions to life.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing web infrastructure.
- Maintain version control and deploy updates through Git or CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure security best practices are followed across front-end and back-end systems.

Required Skills
- Front-End: React, Vue.js, Next.js or similar modern JavaScript framework.
- Back-End: Node.js, Express, or PHP (Laravel preferred).
- Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Markup & Styling: HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, TailwindCSS.
- Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
- CMS Experience: WordPress, Headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, etc.) is a bonus.
- API Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
- DevOps Awareness: Docker, AWS, or similar hosting environments.

Bonus Skills
- Experience with SEO, performance optimisation, and schema markup.
- Familiarity with marketing tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
- Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, GoHighLevel integrations, etc.).

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of commercial full-stack development experience.
- Proven track record of completed projects or a strong portfolio.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
