ABOUT THE CLIENT

A growing European housing services company (currently undergoing rebranding) is expanding from traditional real estate into a full-service platform for international professionals and first-time homebuyers. They handle the complete journey: temporary housing, rentals, purchases, mortgages, property management, and more.

THE PROJECT

Build a unified master platform using Framer that consolidates multiple service offerings under a cohesive brand architecture. This is both customer-facing AND investor-ready.

WHAT ALREADY EXISTS

The client has three service pages already built and ----------

Property Acquisition page (established)
Long-term Rentals page (established)
B2B Relocation/Corporate page (established)

These pages need to be integrated into the new master architecture and redesigned for consistency.

Show the complete customer journey: arrival ? housing ? ownership ? management
Professional investor-relations aesthetic
Navigation hub to all existing service categories
Integrated video content

Three New Service Pages (FROM SCRATCH):

Mortgage Services page
Short-term Housing page (3-6 months)
Property Management page

Integration Work:
Incorporate the three existing pages into the new master structure
Ensure consistent design, navigation, and branding across all pages
Unified header/footer/navigation system
