Executive Virtual Assistant (E-commerce/Shopify Experience is a Plus)

Swain Apparel Group, Inc., a leading name in the apparel and e-commerce industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Executive Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional (at least 5 years of experience in an executive assistant position), able to work independently and has a strong background in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day work will focus on:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including calendar management and email organization.

Assist with Shopify store management (product uploads, order updates, customer inquiries, inventory tracking, etc.).

Maintain confidential files, SOPs, and digital records in an organized and accessible manner.

Support fulfillment coordination, vendor communication, and other backend operations related to e-commerce as needed

Draft professional communications, reports, and internal updates as needed.

Track tasks and projects, ensuring follow-through on deadlines and deliverables.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

Proven experience in an e-commerce environment—preferably in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods.

Working knowledge of Shopify is required; familiarity with order management, product setup, and backend navigation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple tasks.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and virtual communication platforms.

Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and anticipate executive needs.
