Executive Virtual Assistant

Hello,

I am looking for a full time Virtual Assistant to help me with my daily affairs. I'm only looking to hire someone from the Philippines only, if you are located somewhere else, please do not apply.

Please note that as a Full Time VA you will work only for me, as I would like a focused and dedicated assistant to help grow my business.

My ideal candidate should be:
1. Fluent speaking and with writing in English - This is critical. Written and Oral.
2. Eager to learn and adapt
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Ability to maintain confidential information
5. Over the age of 25+ (preferrably)
6. Work from own home (not internet cafe, or friends house.)
7. Work 9-5 according to Eastern Standard Time (12-hour difference from Philippines time)
8. Agree to install time tracking software on your computer.
9. Can provide us with your local phone number where we can reach you.
10. Must own computer with minimum Windows XP, 4G ram, with office suite installed. (If possible, have web design and graphics applications, IE. Photoshop, dreamweaver)
11. Customer service experience an asset
12. Web design or web development experience an asset

Tasks you must be able to do:
1. Internet Research
2. Article Writing (Although this is not the main part of your job, it is best if you enjoy writing detailed articles. You should feel comfortable writing and researching in any Niche. Average 6-8 500-word articles/day)
3. Familiarity with some Web Design an asset
4. Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) experience an asset

Main tasks will be:
1. Internet Research
2. Email handling
3. Writing Articles
4. Scheduling
5. Creating and writing documents
6. Appointment booking
7. Online shopping

Please note that your tasks will not be limited to the ones listed above, you will have to perform many different tasks as needed.

After the interview process, you will work with me on a one month trial basis. I will assign a couple tasks to see how well you can follow instructions and follow up with specific tools. I will pay you for work completed weekly during the trial period. After the trial period, I will be happy to pay you bi-weekly.
