Built By AK Fitness is an online coaching business dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. Our mission is to empower women to become stronger—physically and mentally—through personalized coaching, education, and community.

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant who wants to become an important part of our growing business.

What You'll Do

You'll help keep the business running smoothly while allowing the owner to focus on coaching clients and creating content.

Administrative Support:
-Manage email inbox and calendar
-Schedule appointments and client calls
-Organize Google Drive and business documents
-Create and update spreadsheets
-Perform internet research
-Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks

Social Media Management:
-Schedule Instagram and Facebook content
-Repurpose content into reels, stories, and posts
-Create graphics using Canva
-Respond to comments and direct messages
-Track social media performance
-Assist with content planning

Lead Management:
-Respond to inquiries from potential clients
-Organize leads in a spreadsheet or CRM
-Follow up with prospective clients
-Schedule consultation calls
-Keep lead information organized and up to date

Customer Support:
-Respond to client emails
-Answer basic questions
-Assist with onboarding new coaching clients
-Ensure an excellent client experience

Qualifications: We're looking for someone who is:
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Self-motivated and proactive
-Friendly and professional
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Comfortable learning new software

Experience With:
-Google Workspace
-Canva
-Instagram and Facebook
-Microsoft Office
-ChatGPT
-Project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar)

Preferred (Not Required)
-Experience working with fitness, wellness, or coaching businesses
-Knowledge of social media marketing
-Basic video editing using CapCut
-Experience with email marketing
