Office Manager / Landscape Design & Project Coordinator

About Us
We are a growing landscape construction company looking for a highly organized, motivated professional to become a key member of our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both office management and design work. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing day-to-day operations while assisting with landscape and residential design projects.
Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and project schedules.
Answer phones, emails, and communicate professionally with customers.
Track and manage leads from initial inquiry through project completion.
Organize project files, contracts, and company documents.
Process receipts, invoices, and assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Design & Estimating
Create landscape designs using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
Prepare material takeoffs and project estimates.
Develop presentation drawings for client proposals.
Assist with project planning and construction documentation.
Produce engineered or permit-ready drawings for residential additions (preferred but not required).
Work closely with the owner to bring customer visions to life.
Qualifications
Experience in office management or administrative coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting software.
Ability to perform quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates.
Experience with landscape design, construction, architecture, or residential drafting is highly preferred.
Knowledge of engineered drawings and permitting for home additions is a significant advantage.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience
Landscape construction or design industry experience.
Residential construction or architectural drafting.
Project coordination or estimating.
QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
CRM or lead management software.
