JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a specialized SEO and website development company delivering high-quality digital solutions for our clients. Our team combines deep technical expertise with hands-on execution to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable results. We value people who do not just execute tasks—but who actively look for gaps, identify opportunities, and bring innovative ideas to the table.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional, title-based role. We are building an open talent pool for someone exceptional—someone who can look at what we are doing and immediately see what we are missing.

You will work directly with our Director of Growth, but your role goes beyond following instructions. We need someone who can say:

“You’re doing A, B, and C—but why aren’t you doing D? That could bring X result.”

You are the person who spots opportunities others miss, identifies inefficiencies before they become problems, and brings solutions we have not thought of yet.

Who We’re Looking For

You have hands-on experience in both SEO and website development, and you have worked in a company with 100–200 employees where you were known as the go-to person for solving problems and improving processes.

You are not someone who waits to be told what to do—you proactively identify what needs to be done and do it. You have a keen eye for detail and can quickly assess a situation, spot gaps, and propose practical solutions. You are comfortable challenging the status quo and suggesting better ways of doing things.

Most importantly, you bring value through your ability to see the bigger picture while also executing on the details.

What You’ll Do
Identify Opportunities and Gaps

You will review our current SEO strategies, website implementations, and client deliverables to identify what we are missing or what could be improved. When we tell you about a project or approach, you will be the person who asks:

“Have you considered this alternative?”
“Why aren’t we doing this? It could improve results by X%.”

Solve Technical Problems

You will troubleshoot and fix technical SEO issues, website performance problems, and code-related challenges. This includes diagnosing Core Web Vitals issues, resolving indexing problems, fixing broken implementations, and optimizing site speed and user experience.

Improve Processes and Workflows

You will analyze how we work and identify inefficiencies. Whether it’s our SEO audit process, website development workflow, or client reporting system, you will find ways to make things faster, better, and more effective.

Execute Hands-On Work

You will not just provide recommendations—you will implement them. This means writing and debugging code, conducting technical SEO audits, optimizing websites, fixing schema markup, improving internal linking structures, and ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.

Bring New Ideas and Innovations

You will stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team. When Google releases a new algorithm update, you will already know how it affects our clients and what we need to do. When a new SEO tool or technique emerges, you will evaluate it and recommend whether we should adopt it.

Collaborate and Communicate

You will work closely with our Director of Growth and the broader team, clearly communicating your findings, recommendations, and progress. You will be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and make a compelling case for your ideas.
