Executive Assistant - Video Hooks & iPhone QA

We are hiring a full-time Executive Assistant who is excited to learn and work with AI tools. You do not need previous Google Flow, video editing, or app QA experience. We will provide instructions, examples, checklists, and feedback. What matters most is that you learn quickly, follow directions carefully, stay organized, and communicate clearly.

Schedule and pay:
- 40 hours per week
- Must be fully available 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday-Friday
- $4-$6/hour
- You must own and regularly use a real iPhone

What the job involves:
- Use Google Flow to turn approved scripts, prompts, references, and assets into short video hooks and clips.
- Create multiple hook variations, make revisions from feedback, and keep prompts, files, and versions organized.
- Learn and use different AI creative tools as our workflow changes.
- QA iPhone apps and websites by following checklists, screen-recording issues, writing clear steps, and retesting fixes.
- Help with research, hiring organization, and support tasks when needed.
- Ask questions and escalate uncertainty instead of guessing.
