EMPLOYER
US-based premium event decor studio, Mountain Time zone

FULL-TIME RATE
$800 - $1,000 USD/month, depending on experience + 13th month bonus
We're open to hiring two part-time people, with potential to grow into full-time.

SCHEDULE
7:00–11:00 AM Mountain Time, Mon–Fri
9:00 PM – 1:00 AM your time - Remaining hours flexible.

ABOUT US
We're a premium event decor company, working with corporate and private clients, as well as event planners.

**This is not an agency posting. You'll work directly with us.**

We will disclose our company name and website at the interview stage.

THE WORK
- Answer inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Communicate with current clients and customers.
- Schedule pickup, deliveries, and installations.
- Social media coordination: Instagram & Pinterest to start
- Draft captions in our brand voice
- Add SEO tags to photos and website content
- Order supplies
- Pull a weekly Google Ads performance summary
- Calendar and inbox management
- Set up and manage projects in Basecamp
- Work in Canva, Shopify, and HoneyBook
- Shopify: Looking for someone to add up to 10 more products and implement options.
- Photo editing is a plus!
- Other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- Written English at C1 or higher — natural, friendly, warm, professional.
- 3+ years in executive assistance, client communications, or customer success
- Social media coordination experience
- Strong judgment about what to handle and what to escalate
- Quick to learn new software
- Extreme attention to detail
- Reliable internet, quiet space for video calls
- Consistent availability 9 PM – 1 AM your time, Mon–Fri

WHAT WE OFFER
- $800 - $1,000 USD (Full-Time), or $400 - $500 (Part-Time)
- 13th month bonus, paid the first week of December
- Flexible hours outside the overlap window
- No screen tracking — we measure results, not screenshots

HIRING PROCESS

- Video interview, 20–30 minutes
- Paid trial task — real work, about 90 minutes. This is paid whether or not we hire you.
- Offer, with a 30-day trial period

HOW TO APPLY
