JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the company’s co-owner and Executive Producer.

This is not a basic data-entry or calendar-management position. We are looking for someone who can help bring structure to a busy, project-based company, anticipate needs, organize information, draft professional communications, track commitments, and make sure important tasks do not fall through the cracks.

The right person will be highly organized, resourceful, comfortable working independently, and confident managing multiple priorities. You should be able to receive a broad assignment, identify the necessary next steps, ask thoughtful questions when needed, and move the task forward with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with company leadership and will have visibility into client projects, sales opportunities, financial administration, vendor relationships, crew coordination, and internal business operations. Discretion and good judgment are essential.

Required Qualifications
* At least three years of experience as an executive assistant, operations assistant, project coordinator, or similar role
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong professional email-writing skills
* Exceptional organization and attention to detail
* Ability to manage several priorities without losing track of deadlines
* Strong research, documentation, and follow-up skills
* Experience using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
* Comfort learning project-management, CRM, and business software
* Ability to handle confidential business information responsibly
* Reliable computer, internet connection, and professional remote-work environment
* Availability for regular overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
