They're looking for a Full-Time Remote Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to become the Director's trusted right-hand person—keeping priorities on track, streamlining operations, and helping the business grow. What you'll do
• Manage the Director's inbox, calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
• Draft correspondence, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure key commitments are completed.
• Track projects, tasks, and deadlines across multiple teams.
• Coordinate communication between management, staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare reports, KPI dashboards, executive summaries, and business documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and general business administration.
• Assist with financial administration, reporting, budgets, and operational performance tracking.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Research new systems, software, and business solutions to support continued growth.
What we're looking for
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar senior support role.
• Exceptional organisational, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong financial literacy with confidence interpreting reports, budgets, and business data.
• Highly proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and project management tools.
• Confident using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
