Executive Assistant (US Real Estate Experience Required)

Admin Genie is a growing U.S.-based virtual staffing company seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support company leadership and help manage daily operations.
This is a long-term position with room for growth. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and always looks for ways to improve processes.
Responsibilities
Executive and administrative support
Manage calendars,
Follow up with clients and new leads
Answer inbound phone calls and client inquiries
Manage and oversee other Virtual Assistants
Process orders and maintain CRM records
Prepare reports and spreadsheets
Assist with social media content and online marketing
Help improve systems and workflows
Handle other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience working with U.S. real estate professionals (required)
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong customer service and phone skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using CRM software
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently
Creative mindset with social media experience
Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
Bonus Skills
Experience with GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, or project management software is a plus.
