Full-Time Executive Assistant to Founder

Remote, Philippines-based, 40 hours per week
$10-$15 USD per hour plus performance bonuses

Views To Clients is a fast-growing YouTube growth and production company serving B2B founders, SaaS companies and leading brands. We grew from approximately $100,000 per month at the start of 2026 to around $500,000 per month, with a target of $1 million per month by the end of 2026.

We need a highly organised Executive Assistant to work directly with Jake, our founder.

You will:
- Manage calendars, priorities, meetings and follow-ups
- Triage communications and protect important actions
- Track commitments, owners and deadlines
- Prepare agendas, notes and briefings
- Conduct research and produce concise summaries
- Coordinate travel and administration
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Create systems that reduce repeated admin and founder dependency

You must have experience supporting a busy founder or executive, excellent written communication, strong judgement, high attention to detail and the confidence to chase actions through to completion.
