Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who communicates naturally not someone who sounds like they're reading from a script.
Our customers should feel like they're talking with a trusted friend who is professional, confident, and genuinely interested in helping them.
If people frequently compliment you on your communication skills, your personality, and your ability to make conversations feel easy, you'll likely be a great fit.
Your Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls quickly and professionally
Respond to text messages and
Follow up with every new lead
Follow up on estimates that haven't been booked
Schedule residential and commercial cleaning appointments
Manage recurring customer schedules
Assign work to our cleaning technicians
Coordinate schedule changes and last-minute adjustments
Maintain our CRM accurately
Keep customers informed before and after their appointments
Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call to the completed job
Experience We Prefer
Experience in a home service business is highly preferred.
Examples include:
Residential cleaning
Commercial cleaning
Maid services
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical
Landscaping
Pest control
Roofing
Restoration
Any service business where customer communication and scheduling were part of your daily responsibilities
Software Experience
Experience with any of the following is a major plus:
