Executive Assistant (Full-Time | Remote – Philippines | Pacific Time Hours)
Help Build a Commercial Furniture & Design Company from the Ground Up

Hi, I'm Alex Will, Founder of Brandteriors, a San Diego-based commercial furniture, workplace design, and relocation company focused on creating brand-centric spaces that strengthen company culture and elevate the client experience.
I'm looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become my trusted right-hand partner as we build a world-class company from the ground up.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position.

I'm looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, polished, and fluent in English - someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, communicating with high-level clients, and helping a fast-growing business operate at a high level.

You'll do far more than manage my calendar. You'll help create the operational foundation of a new company while supporting the recruitment and development of a growing team of virtual professionals in the Philippines.

Because you'll regularly communicate with CEO clients, manufacturers, designers vendors, and tea ---------- mbers, you'll become one of the primary faces of Brandteriors. A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a professional workspace, and a willingness to be on camera throughout the workday are essential.

Your Mission

Your mission is to free me to focus on business development, strategic partnerships, and company growth while ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As Brandteriors grows, you'll have the opportunity to grow with it and become an integral member of our leadership team.

Responsibilities
• Manage my calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
• Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and business partners
• Draft and proofread emails, proposals, presentations, and other business documents
• Organize digital files, workflows, and company systems
• Recruit, onboard, and help manage our Philippine-based virtual team
• Develop and improve SOPs, checklists, and operational processes
• Assist with occasional personal administrative tasks
• Above all - serve as my trusted right hand, operational partner and chief problem solver

Qualifications

I’m looking for someone who is:
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Comfortable communicating with CEOs, executives, and professional clients
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software
• Honest, dependable, and committed to excellence
• Excited about helping build something meaningful from the ground up

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Project Management
• Recruiting and managing remote teams

• Microsoft Office
• Canva
• QuickBooks
• CRM software
• Commercial furniture
• Interior design
• Architecture
• Construction
• Commercial real estate

Compensation

This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines.
• $4.00 USD per hour during the initial two-month training period
• $5.00 USD per hour after successful completion of the training period
• Quarterly performance bonuses tied to company revenue and / or profitability goals ($500+ per Quarterly Bonus)
• Opportunities for increased compensation as your responsibilities and contributions grow
